The Context
Driven by Europe’s ATM-Masterplan and ICAO’s Global Air Navigation Plan, Air Traffic Control is currently undergoing a phase of disruptive change, with direct impact of the day to day work of the ATSEPs.
Interoperability between Ground and Air as well as between distant Ground locations change the ATSEP’s working patterns. System Monitoring and Control becomes a core tool in the ATSEP’s day to day work.
All elements of the solution interplay with each other. Exercises may make use of the training radar, simulated elements, virtualized elements and the system monitoring and control solution.
